The tour

See it work before you install it.

Scroll through four chapters. The window on the right is Streamline doing each one.

01 / Filters

Hide what you never want to see.

Streamers, whole categories, and any title that matches a keyword, with wildcards: drop* catches drops, dropping and dropped. Viewer-count limits work too, and a temporary hide runs out on its own after a day, a week or a month.

Or right-click a stream on Twitch and hide it from there.

02 / Grid

Four streams at once. Or nine.

Hold Alt and click streams in the sidebar or on a browse page. Let go, and they open together in the layout that fits.

Sound follows one stream at a time: 1 to 9 hands it to that cell, M mutes them all, and Shift F takes the whole grid fullscreen.

03 / Chat

Chat goes where you put it.

Float it over the stream, dock it beside the grid, or pop it into a window of its own. The merged feed folds several channels into one column.

Link a streamer's YouTube or Kick room and it joins the same feed, each line marked with a bar in its platform's colour. Below 40% opacity the controls fold away and only the messages stay.

04 / Styles

Nine styles. One click.

Everything Streamline draws takes the style you pick, dark or light. Twitch Accents carries it onto Twitch's own buttons and links, and Everything takes the page with it.

The names in chat keep the colours their owners chose.

Everything else

And a lot more. All of it optional.

Every feature is its own switch, and nothing turns itself on.

Press Ctrl K, then type.

Search your channels, saved layouts, every style and every setting from any Twitch page, and run the result with Enter. Chain several with a comma.

Take out the parts of Twitch you skip.

The carousel, the top bar, sidebar sections, stream card details. Each is its own switch, or pick a profile and set them all at once.

BetterTTV, 7TV and FrankerFaceZ.

Channel and global emotes from all three, in Twitch's chat and in every Streamline panel, with zero-width ones stacked on the emote before them the way they are meant to be.

Your watch time, kept to yourself.

Time per channel, day by day, over twelve weeks. Stored in your browser, exported as CSV or JSON, with an optional reminder to take a break.

Hands on the keys.

Every panel has a shortcut. Press one now and watch it light up.

These are the nine styles the extension ships with. Click one and the whole site changes into it, the same way your chat panels, grid and sidebar would.

Privacy

It cannot leak what it never collects.

Streamline has no backend, no account and no analytics, and it runs no code it did not ship with. Your rules, layouts and watch time stay in your browser profile.

This is everything it asks for data, and why.

  • api.betterttv.netBetterTTV emote lists
  • 7tv.io7TV emote lists
  • api.frankerfacez.comFrankerFaceZ emote lists

Emote and avatar pictures load from their providers' image servers, the way any picture on a page does. Read the privacy policy

Try it on one page and see.

Install it, add a single rule, and reload the directory. If it's not for you, remove it and nothing is left behind.
